The second step is the installation of the downloaded VBHD in your VirtualBox:
File → Virtual Media Manager…

window select: Actions → Add…
Machine → New…

tab, type Name
of the machine and choose OS Type

Base Memory Size
according to your preferences.Next>
Virtual Hard Disk

box.Use existing hard disk

and then Finish
.The donwloaded VBHD contains Debian OS. In order to run system:
Machine → Start…
The HaDEs tool are already installed on the system. After when the system is started, you should see eight icons in the home directory:
varda
- folder with varda application files.hjed
- folder with hjed application files.hqed
- folder with hqed application files.heart
- folder with heart application files.run-varda
- double click and then choose Run in Terminal
button in order to start varda

- double click and then choose Run
button in order to start hjed
.run-hqed
- double click and then choose Run
button in order to start hqed
.run-heart
- double click and then choose Run in Terminal
button in order to start heart
