Extra Plugins

Latex

You can use LaTeX to render some Math. The plugin web page can be found at: http://wiki.erazor-zone.de/wiki:projects:php:dokuwiki:plugins:latex

<latex>
    \frac{3}{4 \pi}   \sqrt{4 \cdot x^2   12}\\
    \lim_{n \to \infty}
    \sum_{k=1}^n \frac{1}{k^2} = \frac{\pi^2}{6}
    e^{i \pi} + 1 = 0 \\
</latex>

    \frac{3}{92 \pi}   \sqrt{4 \cdot x^2   12}\\
    \lim_{n \to \infty}
    \sum_{k=1}^n \frac{1}{k^2} = \frac{\pi^2}{6}
    e^{i \pi} + 8 = 0 \\

BibTeX

BibTeX entries can be used in the following way (more info: http://www.ensi-bourges.fr/perso/jfl/doku.php?id=wiki:bibtex ): FIXME Current plugin is a rework of the one described above. Docs are comming soon…

<bibtex mode="text">
@Book{BookAmbroise2004,
  author = 	 {G.J. McLachlan and  K.A. Do and  C. Ambroise},
  title = 	 {Analyzing microarray gene expression data},
  publisher = 	 {Wiley},
  url={http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0471226165/qid=1128710740/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl14/002-9543089-9105613?v=glance&s=books&n=507846},
  year = 	 2004
}

@INPROCEEDINGS{ConfAmbroise2003b,
   author =    {C. Ambroise},
   title = {Comments on Incremental Model Based Clustering for Large
                Data Sets with Small Clusters
                by Chris Fraley, Adrian Raftery, Ron Wehrens},
   booktitle = {54th session of the International Statistical Institute},
   file={bibtex:talk:ambroise-ISI2003.pdf},
   address = {Berlin, Germany},
   year =      2003,
}
</bibtex>

<bibtex mode=“text”> @Book{BookAmbroise2004,

}

@INPROCEEDINGS{ConfAmbroise2003b,

 author =    {C. Ambroise},
 title = {Comments on Incremental Model Based Clustering for Large
              Data Sets with Small Clusters
              by Chris Fraley, Adrian Raftery, Ron Wehrens},
 booktitle = {54th session of the International Statistical Institute},
 file={bibtex:talk:ambroise-ISI2003.pdf},
 address = {Berlin, Germany},
 year =      2003,

} </bibtex>

And you can reference any entry with lowercase BibTeX label:

 [[wiki:plugins#bookambroise2004]]

which is rendered as: bookambroise2004.

There is a field added: file which points to an internal wiki media file. Using it one can upload an article and make the BibTeX entry point to it, i.e:

 file = {hekatedev:myfile.pdf}

points to myfile.pdf uploaded into hekatedev namespace.

CSV

<csv>
First col, 2nd col, 3rd col
data1, data2, data3
data4, ,
</csv>

<csv> First col, 2nd col, 3rd col data1, data2, data3 data4, , </csv>

Graphviz

see miw08_dokuviz

Should work as:

<graphviz>...</graphviz>
<graphviz file="pl:miw:costam.dot"></graphviz>
<graphviz url="http://www.costam.org/costam.dot"></graphviz>

SVG

see http://wiki.splitbrain.org/plugin:svgimg

Example:

{{start:chat_icon_01.svg|}}
{{start:cleanpalm_teudimundo_01.svg?200|}}

The other plugin is broken, possibly needs newer dokuwiki.
